Palmanova beaches
In Palmanova you will find stunning beaches and a promenade with bars, shops and restaurants.
Three of the most visited beaches are Palmanova Beach, Es Carregador and Son Matías. All three boast blue flags status, fine sand and all the necessary amenities for a relaxing day, such as sunbed and umbrella rentals, showers and wheelchair access.
They are all connected by the promenade known as Paseo del Mar.
Leisure
Palmanova offers a wide variety of activities for all ages, from golfing to mini-golfing and visiting various theme parks.
In the southwest of the island, you will find some of the best golf courses, including T-Golf & Country Club, Real Golf Bendinat and Gold Santa Ponsa I. For a fun and less professional experience suitable for kinds, visit Fantasia Golf, a tropical-theme amusement park with three courses. At Katmandu Park you can also enjoy the adventurous Expedition mini-golf.
Another fun and refreshing activity just a five-minute drive from Palmanova is Western Water Park.
Palma de Mallorca
Just a 20 minutes drive from Palmanova you can reach the capita of the island: Palma.
During your visit you cannot miss the Cathedral, known as La Seu, one of Mallorca’s gems. It is located in a privileged location, on the ancient walls and facing the sea.
Nex to it is the Palacio de s’Almudaina, another essential monument of Palma. For years, it was the residence of the current kings of the Kingdom of Mallorca, the Crown of Aragon and the current kings. Inside, it is worth visiting the Chapel of Santa Ana.
Another of the best things to do in Palma are to stroll through the historic center, see the Mallorcan patios and explore the Jewish quarter. Along with these points of interest, you cannot leave Palma without visiting the Bellver Castle, one of the few castles with a circular shape; discovering the Lonja, with its Mallorcan civil Gothic style; or walking along the Palma promenade.
Magaluf
Magaluf is renowned for its vibrant nightlife. This resort town was the chosen destination for British tourists during the 1960s, and today it is still considered the party capital of the island.
Additionally, Magaluf offers beautiful beaches, a new shopping center and a wide variety of attractions, activities and events.
